OMEGA Feasibility Studies are the logical first step towards analyzing your paint system with a view to identifying process improvement opportunities which can be cost justified. Studies are customized to your needs but generally include: baseline process measurements, proposed changes, calculation of potential savings and cost to implement. Many projects with one (1) to two (2) years payback have been successfully implemented by this method.
OMEGA Engineering Services cover a wide range of activities by our qualified engineers and technicians who can provide project engineering, design, project management and system start-up services.
OMEGA Integrated Service Plan (ISP) is a customized monthly engineering service provided on an annual contract basis. Qualified engineers or technicians are assigned to your paint system to provide a plethora of support services aimed at keeping your spraybooths and ovens operating at peak performance. Sophisticated measurement and analysis techniques are used to track equipment condition and respond to process or training needs.
OMEGA AIRSPECS® Key Operating Parameter Monitoring System uses computer technology and a scientific systems approach to monitor in real time the operation and control of the spraybooth and oven environment.
OMEGA PORTABLE ACOUSTIC ANEMOMETER - AIRSTAT PDA *NEW* This handy rugged device has many applications in commercial and industrial air management. Measurements in two axes, down to 1 FPM are indicated and stored for downloading to Microsoft Excel software. See product data sheet.
OMEGA SMARTAIRE® Ceiling Filter design controls supply air downdraft and distribution within an automotive paint booth..
OMEGA Temperature/Humidity Sampling Tube located in the Supply Air duct provides an accurate measurement of temperature and humidity from a cross-sectional sample of air that is thoroughly mixed prior to measurement. This sample is an accurate representation of the air delivered to the spraybooth.
OMEGA Calibration Services accompany the sale of OMEGA instruments installed independently or as components of an AIRSPECS® System for the first year of operation. Since these instruments are located in a relatively hostile spraybooth environment for sensitive equipment, additional calibration services beyond the first year are recommended.
OMEGA Performance Contracting Performance contracting provides the customer with a zero cost method of funding OMEGA's traditional engineering services and products. The performance contract guarantees annual utility savings which are then used to fund OMEGA projects.
